Moxie Shorts 2007 winner announcement

EXCERPT:  For those of you who didn't know, we screened ten local short films for Moxie Shorts 2007 last weekend. The films ranged from campy comedy to risque documentary and everything in between. We were incredibly pleased with the turnout this year, both for film submissions and overall audience, and are already looking forward to another successful event next year. Willakers!! We're in the Wall Street Journal!

EXCERPT:  The Wall Street Journal recently wrote a story about the Oscar-qualifying process that documentaries went through this year. It shook up filmmakers and the Academy, and had the film world (especially independent filmmakers and cinema owners) buzzing for months.
